I’m in Marietta and heard about Moody Heating & Air in Rome, GA from a friend. I’d been getting quotes for a new HVAC system, but the big Atlanta companies were way overpriced. Moody was the complete opposite — fair pricing, no pushy sales pitch, and the install was done with real quality and care. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend these guys!

I bought an older house and the people who flipped it did a terrible job with the AC - Inside and out. After having another local company provide "service" that was condescending, I reached out to Moody. They replaced our blower fan so we weren't freezing in the winter and just came out to replace our capacitor so that we can have cooler air now. Every tech we've had out has been kind and respectful (my father did HVAC for 30+ years and anytime I spoke with the other company they basically laughed it off when I suggested a potential problem). From now on I will ONLY use Moody!

Terry was amazing. He came out today 1/25/26 with freezing temperatures and got our heat working. He came in inspected found the problem and was done fixing it within an hour or less. We are so thankful. We were so scared we were going to have to spend the night without heat but we reached out and within an hour or less he was on his way. So thankful. Definitely recommending to everyone.
