Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions to customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean work environment and provide quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and services provided
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC service preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
