My Nest thermostat (Gen3) was giving an arrow code E4, no power to the rH. I googled a few solutions - I don’t have a float switch which was the common one - before concluding that this problem was beyond me. I had to charge the Nest on a USB and replug it to see that it couldn’t detect the HVAC (learned that the thermostat is wired to the HVAC which makes sense!) and called Moody’s. Martin came out the next morning, was professional, quick, and fixed my issue. 10/10 would recommend!

We recently had the upstairs a/c unit fail and needed a quick repair. Moody's responded quickly and diagnosed the root cause of the problem (something the first company we called could not do). Unfortunately, the repair required two technicians so it could not be fixed the same day. We needed a quick repair and explained the situation to Moody’s. Our AC went out over the weekend. Thankfully the drop in temperatures allowed us to wait until today to call someone. Moody has done work for us in the past, so we called them first. Joe was the technician that came this afternoon. He was awesome! He was kind, polite, and professional. He was honest without being pushy. Thankfully, it was a repair this time, not a replacement, but I know that time is coming soon. When it does, we will be calling Moody!

Joe has been out to fix my unit twice now. Once in the summer and once in the winter. Both times he was very punctual and able to fit me in first thing in the morning, making sure I had climate control before the day got worse. He was helpful, and willing to answer questions.
