They have helped me keep my 22 year old Carrier unit going for years. I recently decided to get a whole new unit and all new duct work because the installers of the first system used duct board as the box for all the ducts and it slowly fell apart. Cats had gotten under there too and wrecked the duct work. I don't have cats. Bad installation job. Moody replaced everything with metal boxes and brand new ducting. They even went above and beyond making me a new return inside the house where I could change the filter inside instead of in the crawl space. The Daikin units are top notch. I did a lot of research before committing to it and that's what Moody installs! It's colder than it's ever been in here now! Great Company!!!

We talked a few minutes and then Mr. Moody asked if he could come out that afternoon to take a look. He was so nice and personable that we hoped we would do business with him. We received a detailed estimate the next day via email giving us two options based on our conversation the day before. We were able to choose the option we wanted and verify that via email also. Mr. Moody stayed involved from a remote area during the time his servicemen worked to remove the old ducts and install the new ones which included moving the air handler closer to the center of the house and building a new platform for everything to set on.
