We recently had the upstairs a/c unit fail and needed a quick repair. Moody's responded quickly and diagnosed the root cause of the problem (something the first company we called could not do). Unfortunately, the repair required two technicians so it could not be fixed the same day. We needed a quick repair and explained the situation to Moody’s. They understood our issue and were able to schedule the repair for the next day. Terry and Joe did a great job! I would definitely use Moody’s again. Our old AC unit had to be completed replaced and we got a couple quotes from around town and Moody was the most reasonable. My AC decided to bite the dust on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the following Monday. I was notified when John was on the way. He did his best to fix the unit, but after 15 years, it was a no go. Huston came out the same evening to discuss options. And less than 3 days later, Spencer and Omar installed a whole new unit in no time. They are lifesavers! Our AC went out over the weekend. Thankfully the drop in temperatures allowed us to wait until today to call someone. Moody has done work for us in the past, so we called them first. Joe was the technician that came this afternoon. He was awesome! He was kind, polite, and professional. He was honest without being pushy. My upstairs air unit went out couple weekends ago and Houston sent someone out that Monday morning for service. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, repairing the unit in a very short period of time. There was an issue that perhaps only a little old women as myself would acknowledge, but Houston was professional and courteous as he addressed and corrected the issue promptly. I have utmost respect for the manner of which he responded and handled the situation. I’m sure he will continue to carry and uphold the longstanding Moody reputation well.

Moody has kept our aging HVAC system running smoothly, but we decided to replace it before unpredictable complete failure. Moody helped us select a more efficient replacement unit and get it ordered. Of course, the old unit soon failed on a very hot day, and I logged a service call with Moody. We discovered our new equipment had arrived, and Moody was able to schedule immediate delivery and installation. The new equipment is quieter with improved comfort - plus it is more efficient (GA Power daily usage reports prove it). Moody has proven to be a great company to work with from Front Office Staff, to Sales, Service and Installation!
